ERSS Submission (Earth Retaining & Stabilising Structures)

CVC Engineers handles ERSS (Earth Retaining and Stabilising Structures) submissions for Singapore building projects. Our PE (Geotechnical) partner panel endorses sheet pile walls, contiguous bored piles, secant piles, diaphragm walls, ground anchors, and soil nailing schemes. Each ERSS submission includes site investigation review, design calculations, federated drawings, movement criteria, and an instrumentation and monitoring plan. For higher-risk geotechnical building works we coordinate Independent Checker requirements. PE Civil project lead by Er. Cavan Chai (PEB Reg. 5376), with PE Geotechnical sign-off via our strategic partner panel — single point of contact, properly credentialled per discipline.
