CVC Engineers conducts BCA periodic structural inspections for buildings in Singapore as required under the Building Control Act. Our PE performs the mandatory structural inspection for buildings over 15 years old, assessing structural integrity and identifying defects. We submit the inspection report to BCA and recommend necessary repairs.
